To get your points from the reward card onto the app please contact us at loyalty@aureliospizza.com and provide your reward card number.
If your receipt has a BARCODE on the bottom, all you have to do is click TAP TO EARN on the App and either scan the barcode or enter the barcode number into the APP.
Click TAP TO EARN on the App and then select NO BARCODE and choose the store you are at. If the store is not listed choose the first store on the list and follow instructions for submitting the receipt for points.
Click on TAP TO REDEEM and choose the amount you would like to redeem from the list. Make sure you are at the store or on the phone placing the order before you redeem the points. The discount code is only good for 4 hours and then it expires.
Go to HELP on the APP and send a message to the help desk requesting the points be reactivated.
Various reasons. The receipt was already processed. The picture of the receipt was not legible therefore the points could not be determined. The receipt is older than 5 days. A paid itemized receipt was not submitted.

Yes. Click here to can sign up, view your account and even redeem points for rewards and print at home.
Download the App onto a device. Create new account. Set a Login and Password for the account. Just Login to this account whenever you want to scan a receipt or redeem points. Share the Login and Password with any staff members. If you have a personal account on your device make sure to logout of the personal account and Login with the Account you created for business.
